It’s a space for the everyday, off-the-clock stuff — a question about a stoma cover that finally worked, a rough day, a voice milestone worth celebrating — from people who genuinely understand it. It doesn’t replace your care team; it’s the community around them.

- Be kind and courteous — no hate speech or bullying.
- Respect everyone’s opinion. Rudeness or bullying means immediate removal.
- Privacy is important — what’s shared in the group stays in the group.
- No politics, religion, GoFundMe links, or selling merchandise.
- No blocking admins, and no locked profiles.
- Only admins add members — no personal invites. Sharing the group link is welcome.
